History
The MAIL Group provides an array of products and services with efficient, cost-effective solutions for the mailing and shipping industry. For more than 30 years we have relentlessly pursued "outside-of-the-box" innovation.
Founder and President Ron Robbins established The MAIL Group in 1981. During its history, eighteen companies have been created that are dedicated to program and service design efficiencies and expense reduction. Two such companies are MailCode™, now a Pitney Bowes® company, and QuikPak, currently owned by Deutsche Post®.
M.A.I.L Inc., the first MAIL Group company, continues the tradition of value enhancing program and service development on behalf of our clients. Robbins and former co-owner Ron Welton have assembled groups of talented program developers to produce a variety of innovative concepts, including MailMeACatalog and ConfirmDelivery, both web based programs. These programs save customers millions of dollars annually.
The newest Mail Group company, founded September 2006, is Engineering Innovation Inc., a technology development firm focusing on mail processing hardware and software. One example of their success is the EZ Flats manifesting system.
We are a diversely skilled, fast-moving team of professionals working together to bring solutions to our customers. We value the trust of our clients and take pride in our long-standing reputation of providing prompt, high quality products and services. Whether streamlining your daily mail processing, producing savings for your letters, flats or parcels, or trying to resolve your unique postage puzzle, The MAIL Group provides solutions.
