What is a Return Receipt (Electronic)?
Return Receipt (Electronic) is a United States Postal Service product that allows a recipient signature to be captured electronically. The Return Receipt (Electronic) is the electronic equivalent of the traditional Return Receipt (i.e. Green Card).
Can my logo be displayed on my mail pieces?
Yes, you can upload your company logo in .jpg or .gif format, which will be printed on the mail piece. ConfirmDelivery handles full color logos which will be printed in color if you're using a color printer.
Does ConfirmDelivery have an online Address Book?
Yes, there is an Address Book available for online users of ConfirmDelivery.com. Addresses can be entered on the fly or imported from an electronic file. Alternatively, users of ConfirmDelivery for Windows can connect directly to an existing Address Book.
What is a ParcelPak?
A ParcelPak is ConfirmDelivery's proprietary packaging solution that allows a lightweight mail piece to qualify as a Parcel.
